Support: Basic Support is for clients who are experienced and completely self-sufficient in managing and maintaining their account. Included support services are limited to hardware and network issues. Clients requiring assistance from our support team for issues unrelated to reboots, network issues or hardware failure will be charged on a per instance basis at our standard support fee of $25 per 20 minutes. For custom services such as installation of custom software, custom software troubleshooting, custom application support, database services, Re-install OS etc Dedicated Server Store Inc. will charge $79/Half Hour.
