Ordering our products

To order a product, all you need to do is:

1. Review STEALTH - ISSŪ's product return policy and delivery information as well as our payment terms.

2. Fill in the order form, which you can either submit online or send as a fax. If you prefer to complete the Order Form offline, download the Order Form in PDF format (for scans use this form) and fax it to: +1 206-350-6422. If you use a corporate or government order form, please send it to the above fax number, 

3. Select method of payment:

   1. Credit card (we accept VISA, Mastercard or AMEX credit cards)

   2. Bank transfer

   3. Company check

   4. Money order

   5. Paypal

4. You can now purchase our products online in our e-shop, which generates an order that you can either submit electronically in encrypted format, or by printing it out and faxing it to: +1 206-350-6422.
   

We do not accept large online credit card orders from customers who provide a free email account as their contact email address - such as hotmail.com, usa.net, yahoo.com, etc; in such cases, customers should complete our Order Form and fax it in.

 

 

Information about paying by bank transfer or bank check


US Check Instructions: A processing fee of $3.00 will be applied to your order. All checks must be drawn in U.S.: funds from a U.S. bank. Your order will be approved 8 business days after the day we receive your check, or 2 business days after we receive a money order or bank draft.

 

Non-US customers: Please note that your cheque must say "US Funds" on it. your check must be received and cleared before your order can be processed. To avoid delays, please include a copy of the order form with your check.

 

Money Order Instructions: A processing fee of $3.00 will be applied to your order. All money orders must be drawn in U.S.: funds from a U.S. bank. Your order will be approved 2 business days after we receive a money order or bank draft.

 

Wire Transfer Instructions: A processing fee of $10.00 will be applied to your order. All wire transfer must be drawn in U.S. funds. Your order will be approved 2 business days after the day we receive your wire transfer. For non-US customers, please ensure that all charges for the transfer are paid for by your company. EU customers may wire the amount of their purchase to our account in Europe to expedite sales and shippment.

 

To receive a proforma invoice with payment details prior to paying by bank transfer or company check, please email sales@STEALTH-iss.com, specifying which product you wish to order.

Information about VAT

Do I have to pay sales tax/VAT?

We charge applicable sales tax for US or international orders. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.

Pursuant to the Digital VAT Directive, as of 1st July 2003, European customers will be charged VAT (Tax) on all downloadable digital products and services, including software at 17.5%.

We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. Just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at: +1 206-350-6422. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.
